BP townies will become unlynchable after they claim, Dav will become unlynchable as well. Kuror was Ckd's counter wagon on day 1. Should not be Lynched earlier than many other people. NM is the moonstone.
That's 5 people. Leaves 4 by POE. Come on town.
I honestly think town need more power in this setup. Scum have a counter to all town's PRs. A strong willed two shot cop/GS and an IC would probably be closer to balance.
Jk is negative utility because of the strongman. It can prevent bp maker by targeting cleafairy or mess with our tracker.

I mean, the Strongman is only 2 shot. With the likelihood of other BPs and the JK, I think that's reasonable.
Moonstone is cool, and the Tracker, had it not had to claim, could have been quite helpful.
Also, NM being Ascetic is good for overall balance. I think it's a pretty decent setup tbh.
Spoiler:
This is where you are wrong about "balance", I was doing the same mistake before. Have you modded a mini normal before? Balance is that town need viable ways of finding scum at night. In this setup there is no way town can do that. Smoker causes investigative failure and jk even if it targets the right player cannot stop the kill because of the strongman. Basically town can go 3 nights without any useful info from night. Which is terrible.

The jailkeeper can't prevent the evolving, because the Moonstone is ascetic.
He could block kills, the tracker or the smoker. 2 out of 3 of those are scum roles. So I disagree
Either way, my first priority is a fun game, which I think it is. There's too many variables to balance a game.
What if the Moonstone dies on day 1. What if the strongman dies on day 1. Both roles have a huge effect for scum/town. In the end, it's all about who plays the better game. So I don't mind having a game not right in the middle.

<3 I wish I didn't have to replace out. But it is what it is I guess.
Spoiler:
I was actually terrified the whole time. It was my first time really rolling scum. BBT was really nice about my freaking out though. I'm glad I didn't screw the slot over because I was almost certain that I was being really obvious about it! So thanks for the compliment

I mean that's par for the course I think with certain roles being in the game. There's just a lot of swing potential here that it's really hard to balance around. I think the main part is that the players have fun in the moment they're playing, regardless of the actual balance.
Like, even if the setup is unbalanced, I think so long as the players while they're in the game don't feel that way, then it's fine.

Yes but when balancing you don't take into account what happens if scum fuck up day 1 and lose their strongman then they absolutely deserve to be destroyed by town. Vice versa if the tracker/jk get lynched day 1 then it's town's fault.
Jk can block kills but in a mini where games can be over by day 4-5, and a 2 shot strongman. The JK needs to target the right scum and needs to be alive for too long atleast day 4 which is asking too much imo.
Radja what would happen if RK was targeted for the kill and also for the evolution the same night? She'd evolve and lose the 1 shot bp?
