I've literally never seen an RVS vote for no-lynch successfully used as a tell, and I have trouble believing anyone with more than a game or two of experience can seriously take it as one.

I recently finished a game where I voted no-lynch in RVS as I frequently do (on my HS where it's well established), and I got tunneled hard by someone who was able tell it was me as scum doing it rather than me as town doing it

but I actually achieved D1 NL because of the timing of my fakeclaim - BOOm - then N1 killed the role I fakeclaimed and was deadmeat D2 :|

Jackel's #1018 is awful and his Day 1 posting has close to zero fucking substance. As in I don't see how there's a town basis for him claiming that Cloud and I are buddies together simply when cloud enters Day 2 stating he has cleared us. None of his prior posts had indicated reads on EITHER of us (or ANYONE, for that matter). Your half-assery is going to come back to haunt you and your faction.


I think the team is Pine/Jackel/x, and I'm adamant about lynching either one of those two today.

Pine just strongarmed town in Hunger Games II and he did this exact same shit, ie playing like he's blatant scum/town on angel dust and getting away with it cause people for some strange reason townread him.

The fact that he's trying to discredit Cloud, one of the most reasonable people Day 1 is another indicator. People townread Pine apparently because he makes these extremely senseless and stubborn pushes based on logic that he twists and stretches until it's no longer recognizable, and people let him get away with it because it's the type of complete lunacy that usually comes from deathtunneling town who's dead wrong.

Whether my above meta has merit to you guys or not is irrelevant. Pine HARD pushed the obvious algebra ML when anyone with sense SAW it was a ML, defends his buddy shaddow by portraying his scumminess as nonexistent, and opts to lynch Grey when the townies who bothered to look at context and actually analyze the events in the gamestate realized there was no fucking way Grey could be scum.


You guys can call Grey shitty and awful town for his claim and whatnot, but fact of the matter is you fucked up by being so rigid about LAL and fakeclaims and it almost cost us a scum lynch.

Allow me to correct myself. Pine didn't hard push algebra, he just opted for algebra and refused to lynch shaddow.

He said they were both " undesirable" lynches. Conf bias tells me that was a convenient way for him to not have to deal with portraying a read on shaddow.

No. While I don't have Townreads on either, I don't see any good reason to SR them either. They're both lazy wagons. Further, I think that if either was on scum, there would have been a more concerted effort to push the other. The stagnancy of both suggests they're both Town. While I despise No Lynches, it's preferable to a mislynch.
