On an unrelated note I just listened to Doolittle by Pixies for the first time and it's possibly the only time an album has left me utterly speechless and baffled

Like it's a great album but incredibly confusing, it's pop masquerading as hardcore/punk and it's fantastically insane and I'm still not completely sure if I love it or hate it, although I'm leaning towards the former now, even if I wasn't at first.

I'm doubting between a classic piece, a japanese german song and again something ambient.

I'm scared of entering songs that have a decent beginning but get really good in the middle/end because some people might just exit out when they don't like the beginning :/ (Not sure if there's a significant amount of people who don't listen to the full song lol)

Generally judging by reviews of certain songs I've entered which are like this, most people do listen to the whole song (or at least, if the intro is uninteresting, skip ahead a bit before completely writing it off).

-Half an hour long
-Godawful within the first minute

Not a whole lot of songs fall in the second category for me. Maybe one song every three contests.
