Welcome to Contagion in the Palace, an exciting game in which you (the players) are being attacked by a horrible deadly ASSASSIN! Oh noes! You see, your traveling group is secretly accompanying the king, who is in disguise as one of you, a normal villager. But you discovered a note from the League of Deadly Perilous Frightening Assassins Inc., explaining how best to go about killing the king - enter the group, gain the peoples' trust, and then kill the king swiftly, leaving no other bodies.
You all realise immediately that it is your duty to the king to swiftly root out the assassin. You all know who the king is, but there is no way for him to have gained that information, so some method of rooting out the Assassin is needed. As you are traveling along, discussing the best way to find the identity of the assassin, you come across an apothecary, standing outside her home, who looks at you with interested eyes and shouts "Welcome!". You all walk up to the woman, who seems interested in you.
"Buyers?" she asks, perhaps hoping for you to fill her pocketbook. You calmly explain your situation to her. She smiles and begins to chuckle. "I have just the thing. There's an old law that hasn't been used in years, put down by the previous king. It states that an executed man may, for the sake of his home's duty, make one request. By law, anyone who can fulfill that request and doesn't can be ut to death."
She then goes into her small, cramped shop and comes out with a large, red bottle. "This is a very potent poison, which will kill immediately. So I propose all of you pick someone to be executed, then that person for their dying wish pick another to die, and so on, until you've rooted out the assassin. Of course, the assassin will surely try to kill the king if he's chosen, so you'd best try to get him early, and don't let on who the king is."
You all seem appalled at this idea for a while, but as you all think about it, it begins to make more and more sense. You agree to follow this plan, and you all go to a nearby field to pick the first executee.

5. Do not reveal the identity of the king. Do not pretend to do so. This will result in immediate modkill.
6. Do not pretend to have a suicide kill if you don't have one.
7. The first day will have a 3-hour deadline. The lynched player will have 30 minutes to make a vengeful kill, and the VK'd player will have the same 30 minutes, and so on.
8. Have fun. Don't be stupid. If you need to leave, tell me.
I'd like a decent number of players, though the number of players doesn't really matter. We'll start when we have a decent number.
