Penguin has responded. Maf are required to stay in the maf PT in the Newbie Queue, so communicating over Discord would not be allowed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Re: nightkills
- Barring exceptional circumstances, I'd prefer that nightkills be submitted at night (though you can certainly discuss kill options during the day).
- You are required to specify which mafioso will commit the kill.
