Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the Mafiascum Wrestling Federation! I have purchased the game WWE 2K23 and have made a bunch of custom wrestlers based on the avatars of people on this website. I am then going to set the AI to control all of them, stream the matches, and we will see who wins. Our inaugural match was a face-off between T-Bone and McMenno, which I unfortunately was unable to record because it was sort of a testing thing. But now I have two shows set up which I will try to run semi-regularly! The first of these is coming up tomorrow at 5 PDT: it's our flagship show

FAQs

Q: Can you make me into a wrestler?
A: Probably! If you are 1) an established community member and 2) have an avatar that I can work with, then by all means let me know you want to be in here.

Q: I am non-binary or otherwise do not use traditional him/her pronouns. Can you make me into a wrestler?
A: Okay, the answer is still yes but the game forces all wrestlers to be either male or female and the two genders can never fight each other because the WWE doesn't want the optics of John Cena punching Liv Morgan in the face. If your avatar is a specific character, then I can use the character's gender instead (this is what I did with xof and their Roxy Lalonde avatar). Otherwise, you can just let me know which of the two you want to be in.

Q: Where's the music?
A:

I disabled entrance music because the WWE is very copyright-strike-happy. Maybe eventually I can dub in people's choice of entrance music, although I'm not going to do that right away because that's a ton of effort and I want to make sure the basics of this are running smoothly first.

, I'll put together a VFX package for anyone looking to cut promos with crowd noises and heel/face pop noises and chants for everyone to use. Probably in a week or two. Still waiting on an update on that.

Hasch can we get OP edited with existing titles, who occupies them, and playerlist broken down by what divisions they fight in? Also maybe a demarcation for heel/face standings. That'll help for letting folks know who are good people to challenge in their call-out promos.

So right now I don't really have "divisions" per se; there are two shows but people can appear on both of them. T-Bone is the current beltholder for the Paragon of Wrestlers Nightkill Champion, but then I discovered that while creating the belt requires me to assign a champion there is nothing preventing me from immediately removing that champion so the rest are up for grabs. I can definitely put a list of the belts in the OP, though.

I have you/LLD/T-Bone as heels, as well as myself and Porkins. Everyone else is currently set to have the crowd cheer, I think, although as we start getting rivalries and storylines going I will tinker with those. So if people *want* to be a face or heel all you have to do is make a promo pushing you in that direction.

Apologies about the Isis/Lilith match; apparently there is a bug with the backstage brawl in Universe mode. Gonna tinker with a few things and then either tomorrow or Tuesday I'll announce the card for Clash At The Match.

Apparently when I set this up I accidentally told this show to have nine matches, which is too many. However, it won't let me reduce it down to six until the NEXT in-game week, so we'll get to see all but three people!

Match 1: Not_Mafia and Ametrine partner up to try and take down Shadoweh and Ythan.

Match 2: D3f3nd3r and Pink Ball go head to head!

Match 3: Ariel and xofelf celebrate the end of International Mish Mash Month by competing for the Mashtermind belt!

Match 4: Malkmenno takes on The Den in a 2-vs-3 handicap match.

Match 5: GeorgeBailey and Porkens each blame each other for letting T-Bone win at Nightkill, so this match is personal.

Match 6: The Olympians (Ari and Haschel) interrupt CaptainMeme and Racefan's date night.

Match 7: In our first mixed-gender tag team match, the menagerie of StrangerCoug and Chickadee have challenged two members of the Screaming Death Clan as they face off against LLD and Majiffy.

Match 8: Mallowgeno and T-Bone are both feeling good after Nightkill so they've agreed to a friendly exhibition match.

Main Event: With Radja not in the league and no pesky jury in the way, Vash and Fenrir are on their own to prove that they deserve to win the Sole Survivor belt.
