[RC] Pasta themed bracket thread [10/10] ROUND 2!!!!!

All right Pasta enjoyers, today we will be doing a battle of pretty much the best food pairing known to human kind.

You may add one pasta to the bracket, up to a maximum of 10. Please also state why the chosen pasta should win. Could be something simple as "luv me lasaga".

I will add one to start.

Those stringy noodles things. I heard you have to break them in half to boil but I like to break them into quarters.
