Labor Day Mafia/Survivor Marathon Weekend (Sept 1st-Sept 5th)

MafiaScum will be hosting a Marathon Weekend from

Friday, Sept 1st

through

Tuesday, Sept 5th

! During this time, the

Marathon Forum

will be open for anyone to run and/or play in Marathon games: Mafia games intended to be played in a single sitting, usually lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. We will be moving the Marathon Forum out into the main forum index soon. On the 30th, the board will open.

For the first time ever

Marathon Survivor

will be run during Marathon Weekend! Hosted by kdowns, pre-registration will open on August 12th HERE. We will move sign-ups to the Marathon Forum one week before kick-off. The game will be held on Saturday, Sept 2nd, starting at 6pm ET. Please plan to play 4-5 hours, with FTC happening at approximately 11pm ET. Game updates will happen in the marathon forum, and players will be invited to a dedicated Discord server for the event. Spectators also welcomed!

The Official Mafiascum Discord Server will also get a text and voice channels dedicated to marathons. Those channels will be run by the Marathon Crew on Discord.

I will be running a setup I design tomorrow while stoned. It is not guaranteed to be good, but it will be funny. I am guaranteeing it'll be strictly 9p 7v2, and I will design some other variations for 13p and 15p, in the unlikely case we have enough people for my awful setup.
