I've never thought about it quite like this but I agree with this, actually. I have been known to roll my eyes when suddenly a sex scene pops up in a show where there didn't really need to be one.In post 173, AniX wrote: It's interesting because I agree with your calculus but think it ultimately goes in the opposite direction. Violence is rarely present in shows that don't revolve around violence so it is never gratuitous or serving only to add edge because usually the show would not exist but for the violence. It is an inherent part of the program. Like you never see a random show decide "Ok, now we are going to have the main character witness a murder" or "The goofy side character is going to get stabbed randomly". In this way, you can usually identify which shows will be violent and avoid them.
The same isn't particularly true with sex, which in my experience will pop up on the most random shows and you'll be like "I was just watching something else entirely! What is going on here?"
Violence on shows is way more predictable and thus way more avoidable than sex is.

Dogs are SleepyKrew's best friend as he gets a perfect score with 68!
Even though Aureal had the fewest scoring answers, it is the lowest score that determines who drops, which is bad news for Skygazer.
Skygazer drops to level 4.

Well, I talked myself out of picking labrador even though I had the sweetest golden lab and knew they're really popular because I didn't know how the categories would work since there's more than one kind of lab, so just saying Labrador didn't sound like a proper answer."Yeah after a point it felt like Aureal was the only one talking sense despite being a goose so I just followed."

A couple of understandable pot shots were taken at Rowling, but there were lots of good answers this time
We didn't get a perfect, but Haschel Cedricson and mallowgeno came the closest with 48.
Getting either of the top two answers was enough to beat the player with the lowest score this time around. With AniX dropping to level 3, that leaves eight players on level 2. Who will win, and how soon?

Irrelevant players
StrangerCoug (17): No also, your mod is a big fat liar; he doesn't mind Hawaiian pizza
The people against pineapple on pizza have won this battle. Here is the casualty report from that battle:
Cheery Dog drops to level 3.
Farren and JerryArr drop to level 4.
Skygazer drops to level 5.
Ariel drops to level 6, putting Ariel in the danger zone.
DragonEater70 and Save The Dragons drop to level 7, eliminating them. They may continue to submit answers if they wish, but will be listed under Irrelevant Players.
As a result of the drops, only seven people remain on level 2. Will the winner be one of them, or will it be someone else? Stay tuned!Last edited by StrangerCoug on Tue Oct 17, 2023 5:09 pm, edited 1 time in total.STRANGERCOUG: Stranger Than You!

Yes, I know Silverclaw is recorded as giving only three answers (and one of them is technically too new). That's all they could come up with. One is enough to avoid an activity strike when I'm modding, though.
A wide variety of answers were given, and as with some of the past questions, I think some of the non-scoring answers were good. That made it hard to score high, and nobody got a perfect score. Haschel Cedricson and mallowgeno were the two that came closest, with 27.
Ariel had the lowest score and drops to level 7, eliminating Ariel. Ariel may continue as an irrelevant player if Ariel wishes.
Farren failed to submit before the deadline and therefore gets an activity strike and drops to level 5.
