7.5, because while I think it was well done, I don't like how they restricted themselves to much the same formula as the first movie, they could have been more inventive. Also, the way the Joker was shot hanging upside down just seemed wrong. Also, the special effects of Harvey Dent getting burned were not fantastic. That said, the acting was very good.
