You would probably cast a spell for that.
You could use Cure or Bless; either works; however, in this case, cure is probably the better option. (If you use bless, the blessing and curse kind of "cancel each other out", but the level 1 bless isn't enough to fully negate inspiratieloos's curse.) Casting a spell requires MP, and MP is restored after every five battles or a level up, whichever cones first.

I found a way to track it that isn't too bad (but it's not in a format that I can really post here on the forums), so I will start tracking that now.
