If you invest nothing in one month, the risk jumps up to 70%.
does this mean if you invest $30 per month the risk will be 0%?

We just need to tread carefully because if you slip up around her as scum she notices and will tear your spine out and slap you to death with it. (I'm slightly scared of Nancy)

if I issue a stock and it costs $100 per share.
and Tweetie buys it for $100, I get $33 bucks in my bank account?

It's something like I generate a random integer from 1 to 100, divide by 100, and compare it to the risk value (as a decimal). If the generated number is less than the risk, the stock falls in value and vice-versa. I am going to note that the rise/fall in value based on risk is the first thing I determine, and then other modifiers are applied from competing stocks, etc. Thus, it is possible for a stock to "fall" based on the risk value but end up with a positive net change after all the modifiers are considered.
