This is Mediocrity. The winner is the one in the middle. gandalf5166 had over 4 set points, so the set ended and went to the player with the middle number of set points - which was Hoppster, who had 3.5 while Twistedspoon had 3.
And now Hoppster is screwed, because (nearly) the only way he wins the
match
is if exactly one other player reaches 3 set points before he does.
