If you count the number 1, the first 9 primes are 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, and 19. Is it possible to construct a 3x3 magic square from these nine digits?
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Spoiler: Answer
The numbers' sum is 78, so a row's sum is 26. The only way to get 26 from 19 and two other numbers is 2+5+19, so we can't make both the horizontal and vertical row that have 19 in them have the right sum.

Correct. You could also say that the sum is 26, but the only even number in the sequence is 2. No matter where you place the 2, you have to find a way to sum to 26 using three odd numbers, which is impossible.

Spoiler: World Series
$312.50 on each of the first two.
Game 3, $375 if 1-all, $250 if 2-0.
Game 4, $375 if 2-1, $125 if 3-0.
Game 5, $500 if 2-all, $250 if 3-1.
Game 6, if played, $500.
Game 7, if played, $1000.

This can be extended to any best-of-N, although fouled up slightly by the minimum unit of currency (for example, in a best-of-nine, the first game wager would have to use quarter-cents).
