Exception A) If an infinite loop of redirects is created, the damage redirected in this way will whiff.
Exception B) If damage is redirected to more than 1 target, the damage will whiff.
Exception C) Tornado trumps Gust.
Exception D) If 2 players mind control each other, or if there is a circle of mind controls, all mind controls in the circle whiff.

Does meteor destroy your earth mana? or your targets? or everyones?
you start with no mana, but everyone will channel turn 1.
Meteor destroys all earth mana. all of it.
Also, I made a few minor changes: buffed mind control, buffed tornado, buffed tsunami.

Ditto for Tsunami's "deal 1 damage" effect; who does it target?
How do redirect spells interact?
