She has long since moved on to greater devices but that iPod has stuck with me for many years, through middle school, high school, and now college. The backside of the casing is dented a little bit. Occasionally it freezes and I have to lock the screen, unlock the screen, and hold down the menu and center buttons for ten seconds. Occasionally the display doesn’t even work, but that’s okay, because I have long since memorized the layout of the menus. It’s irreplaceable.
