2020 Presidential Fantasy Draft (Supplemental Draft)

Initial Draft
2018 Supplemental Draft
2019 Supplemental Draft
Everyone in the world is available to draft BUT Donald Trump.
We draft in snaking order (1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, etc.). Draft order will be set by a dice roll.
The top 5 vote getters in the 2020 General Election will be counted. If you "own" a candidate who meets that, their total vote count (as estimated by November 15, 2020) will be counted in your score. Whoever has the highest total votes in their stable wins.
The draft will end when:
1. 120 candidates have been drafted
2. July 4th, 2017 is reached
3. All players have said they are
/done
OR have been "timed out" three times. Once a player has been timed out three times, their roster is locked.
On January 1st of 2018, 2019 and 2020 a new draft will take place to add up to 3 candidates per team. This draft order will be randomly selected again.
Trades may be made at any time.
Each person gets up to 24 hours to make a selection after the last person made theirs, but it'd be nice if we could rattle them off

Can we get 48 hours per pick? Or a set amount of times we can go over 24 hours each. I think the game will stay consistently active but gives a bit of a leeway for if someone is having a crazy day or whatever

So to double check on how this works, we can choose anyone up until 7/4/17 and then we get points based on how we do?
For example, during drafting...
Person A: *Has Cory Booker*
Person B: *Has Sarah Palin*
Person C: *Has Kanye West*
Then during the election season of 2020, Kanye West and Cory Booker both fight for the Democratic nod, Kanye West loses and Booker gets the nomination - so Person C has some points, Person A has a bit more points, Person B has no points if she fails to beat Trump and then most points for Person A if Booker wins?

Yeah, I'm not overly picky about the deadlines, particularly if someone has been active and says they're going on vacation or whatever.
