OP says you should round the countdown to a full hour.

Oh. I'll take that into account next time or should I do something about it here?

Meh, it's not
that
important, just a lot easier to make the timer. (and hopefully encourage more people to be on at exactly the right time)

Time zones are bloody confusing, and doing this with my own timezone makes it harder to make the timer imo.
Unless it's actually now meant to be ending in 2 & half hours from me doing this.
My understanding means I need to do it like this though - I'm just basing it off when the previous timer was posted.

Pro-tip: type "X hours" in your countdown tag, then go to preview and round up/down the deadline that now shows up in the tag.

... I didn't know you could do that.
That makes most of the reason for rounding to whole hours pointless too.

Rules change: Just post a countdown for however many hours. No more rounding.

I don't get to have fun figuring out my timezone and having it end on the half-hour?
I'd have just done the X hours, but OP had said to do it in my own timezone
