Unless someone else moves Erika first, my next move will be sending her towards the boss. I think she should be able to do 10*2 damage at ~79 accuracy to the boss's 11. If she waits until enemy phase to attack, she could just run back to the fort or use a vulnerary. Franz wouldn't fight the boss well even if he had full HP.

Erika and company now proceed on to the Frelian capitol to tell the king about how Grado has invaded her kingdom. Upon arrival Erika learns her father has passed on and now Erika is determined to find her brother and assist him with attacking Grado. The king gives her several troops as reinforcements and now we find ourselves encountering bandits attacking villages

Vanessa and Moulder join the party!

Things to know:

Ross and Garcia can be recruited (green guys), Ross by having Eirika talk to him, Garcia by having Ross talk to him.
Eirika should talk to the first village on the left, she will encounter a Grado general who will give her cash
Villages will be destroyed by bandits if you aren't careful!

Also Erika is spelled 'Eirika', idk why I'm just now noticing that.

I'll say this: Personally I don't really want to use Ross, and do not think that we should try levelling him up.

He isn't the best of the 3 but he's still decent.

Vanessa Rescues Ross then moves west. On my phone currently so I will update this when I can

I think that's RIP village, unless we want Seth to kill everyone. It's just a Pure Water though, so it's probably not worth it. I don't think anyone else can reach in time though.
