Rules are simple. You can only add a few words (let's say, 4 maximum? This can be changed if people feel it should be more or less) to the post above yours, as well as any punctuation you feel necessary. Don't double post. Copy and paste the story in the post directly above yours and then bold what you add. Only add a period/finish a sentence when it would make sense to do so (same with starting a new paragraph).
