Several possibilities:

1) Your Flash Player isn't up to date (if you haven't updated it in the past month, this is probably it)
2) Your browser is disabling Flash Player by default (Google Chrome definitely does this, and Firefox might do it now too)
3) You have Flash for one browser but are trying to play the game in another browser (there are different versions of Flash for different browsers)
