How do you place someone on IR for your team? I am considering doing it with Carson since he apparently is not entirely out for the season and is on IR for the seahawks

Edit: never mind I figured it out. BTW how exactly does IR work in fantasy football? I never used it before. Do I pick when he comes off IR or does he come off IR on my team at the same time seahawks take him off IR? Can I drop him while he is on IR and or when he comes off IR if I no longer want him?

When he comes off IR you either have to drop him or drop someone from your bench to make room for Carson.

I'm going to win this week, but this is bad. I have a super BYE next week (four starters out) and I can't carry a bunch of injured players through that. I want to hang on to Clay, but I don't know if I can. I'll definitely have to drop Shephard.
