There is no "I nominate no one" mechanism as of now. But if you let the deadline expire this would be treated as if whatever chancellor you did nominate has been nein'd down. In this case that would mean:

In the interest of speeding things up a little I'd be willing to change the rule so that an explicit no-nomination is allowed, if everyone PMs me that they're okay with that. (I won't speed up actual votes, though, because it would allow everyone to know whether anyone abstained from voting.)
