Hooray!

I actually don't think I needed the strongbox but I guess it was nice.

Fun fact: BYF has never gotten first but has always been immune

How to play:

An in-depth rules guide can be found here

This game will be played in 2 rounds. Both players will be simultaneously trying to solve their opponent's code. The player who does it quicker over 2 rounds will be the winner of this duel.

Each player will make a code of 5 pegs from the following colors:

Pink

Orange

Blue

Purple

Yellow

White

Green

Black

Pegs can be in any order and a player can use 2 or more code pegs of the same color if they wish.

The other player (known as the Codebreaker) will attempt to duplicate the exact color and position of the secret code. When they have placed a guess, I will give them 0-5
Key Pegs

-A
Red
Key Peg
signifies that there is a Code Peg of the right color in the correct position.

-A
White
Key Peg
signifies that there is a Code Peg that is the correct color but in the wrong position.

-If No
Key Pegs
are placed, the colors guessed do not appear at all in the code

Example Guess:

(Code is top row, Guess is bottom row)
YW
GN
YW
OR
BU
KEY PEGS
YW
OR
BK
WH
PU
1
RED

1
WHITE

There is 1
Red
Key Peg
because they correctly guessed
Yellow's
peg position. There is 1
White
Key Peg
because there is an
Orange
peg in the code sequence, but it is currently in the wrong position!

After 2 rounds, the player who solved both puzzles with less guesses will win this
Duel

Let me know if you have any questions (feel free to look over the rules in the pdf I provided).

Please submit your first code VIA PM ASAP

How to play:

An in-depth rules guide can be found here or if you prefer video form, here

This game will be played in 10 rounds. Each round consists of multiple parts. Every player will be the
Sheriff
for 2 of the rounds.

Market Phase:

Non-Sheriff players will take turns setting aside cards from their hand, then drawing back up to 6 cards. Finally they will place set aside cards into a discard pile on top.

Load Merchant Bag

Non-Sheriff players will then PM me what they wish to sell in the market AND what they will tell the
Sheriff
they are selling.

Inspection

The
Sheriff
will have 48 hours (or less if they choose) to determine whose bag they will open and whose they will allow through. During this time players may try to cut deals with the
Sheriff
as they wish.

End of Round

Players who have goods still will place them in their market stall. Then they will draw back up to 6 cards and the
Sheriff
will rotate to the next player.

CARD DISTRIBUTION

This is how many of each card there will be in the game HOWEVER I will randomly remove 10 of them from the game.

Image

End of Game

Once everyone has been the
Sheriff
twice, the game will end. You want to be the one with the most cash. You will count up the value of each good you have in your stall (legal and contraband), see if you have the most or second most of any legal goods (and collect rewards), then add up cash on hand.

The player with the most cash will be
Immune
and will also receive an advantage in the next
Round Table
. The player who comes in second will also be
Immune
and will receive a slightly smaller advantage.

The player with the least cash will be going to the
Duel
and must choose a non-immune player to duel.

-------------------------

The game will begin
Monday
. Until then let me know if you have any questions!
