If I'm reading the rules correctly road hazards are only created where someone loses their last engine point and where they end their inertia move.

Ah, I was looking in the section on engine damage, which only mentions placing a hazard when the engine blows completely.

Corrected it in the master file, unfortunately retroactively editing the turn pictures is a bit annoying due to them being .pngs.

So Cheery Dog be aware that 1L16 is hazardous.
