That doesn't really work either because my Chikorita is lv 2 and because it has the type advantage it will always beat a lv 1 Pichu no matter how well RR plays.

I now have a team of weak lv 1 wild pokemon with pokemon Anna provided in 128 with no Nature or Item. I can battle anyone if they wanna grind.

I think that's gonna get real snowbally though.
Like, right now Mario's Chikorita is already Level 2, granting a distinct advantage over our Level 1 kiddos.
That advantage makes her more likely to win, and therefore widen the level gap.

This can be mitigated by training against other folks, but no matter what, whoever winds up in last is gonna be stuck there for quite a while.

Though as it is now, I could TECHNICALLY win if the RNG is generous enough with the paralysis turnskips.

RR's Pichu doesn't have Growl. It does have Charm, but RR already tried that and it doesn't work, partially because it's double the level and partially because Pichu's only attacking move is Thundershock, which is only 1/2 effective against Grass-types.
