There was this game that I was going to play. It looked really cool, and was called The Card Game Card Game. Well, the mod doesn't have time to mod it, so I will!

Unchangeable Mechanics
Rules of the game that cannot be changed, but might be different in future rounds.
Gameplay
1. Before the beginning of every round, everyone submits to me, by PM, 5 cards. The more specific you get, the better.
2. You can describe and name cards in any way. They can have any effect you want, as long as they follow the rules.
3. NAR logic applies (if effect A modifies result of effect B, then A resolves first). If two effects negate each other, neither will resolve.
4. No out of thread communication.
5.
This is my font. DON'T USE IT.
Effects
1. No multiple or compound effects.
2. Card names or descriptions aren't effects, and you can have effects in addition to them.
3. You may not have cards with multi-turn effects. Cards will be assumed to have single-turn effects.
4. Effects will never resolve unless the card is played.
6. No instant win or instant kill cards.

Changeable Mechanics
These will act as governing rules unless they are changed.
Any card effects that would imply the changing of any of these rules will implicitly change the rules.
1. Whoever gets the most points at the end of the round wins the round.
2. Players can play at most 1 card per turn.
3. If a card is irreversibly damaged, then you may not play that card.
4. If you are killed, you may no longer participate in the round.
5. All other real-world laws of physics also apply.
Who wants to play? (I'll be playing too, btw.)
Use /in to join, or /out to drop out.
Edit: I assume you are in every round until you /out unless you give me a specific number of rounds.
