Lozlyn pounds his fist on the table and says,

"If I ever find out who betrayed me, the least of their worries will be the oppression of our people. I'll make sure their body hangs from the rooftops for months!"

He stands up and walks away from the table for a moment before pacing back, putting his hands on the table, he says more quietly

"Now, here's what I think we do, we go after the nearest group of guards we can find, kill all but one, the last one, we torture for information, if he has none, we kill him. Repeat this until we get information, or we run out of guards."

[Iprobablysuck]

Quenelle leans back, pondering Lozlyn's words.

That is.. quite violent.

She smiles.

But..I love the idea.

Dacien cups her hand over her mouth. "

What sort of... information... are you hoping to get out of this?

" she asks. She leans in and glances towards Lozlyn, darting her eyes towards the right. "

Considering the power the city guards have, I'm thinking it's probably reckless to just go and kill them unless the cost is absolutely worth it.

" She then drums her hand on the table, thinking. "

Otherwise, we should be thinking of something a little bit more, uh, tactful.

Right. Well. I somehow doubt that a brute force strategy will yield us many results here. I think the bribery route would be a more effective use of our time for that particular problem.

Lozlyn nods

"I know a guy that likes coins more than he likes his job. I guess we can pay him a visit."

, Illyria smirks, while pouring another shot from their surprisingly large hip-flask.

"now, i understand that isn't the extent of odd goings on in the city. anyone else care to share anything?"

She grimaces,

"Hmph."

Ganford sits back, arms crossed and scowling.

"They've got Silver Star bastards all the way up here in Red Row. Acting as guards for some play. They've got no business in this territory."

Lozlyn's looks at the musician,

"You're losing fans?"

He thinks for a minute.

"I don't know if my guy will be able to tell us anything about the Knights or the... loss of fans, but he will be able to tell us why they are coming in and shutting down businesses. DROW businesses."

He checks his pocket, and looks satisfied as he pulls out his hand

"At least, I can buy some information from him, have enough of these terrible smokes, for sure."

He looks towards Ilyria

"I guess you are playing your cards characteristically close to the chest, like the other sages. Any more input, though?"

She says the next words hints of venom dripping through,

Quenelle quickly regains her composure,

Ahem, but nevertheless, it concerns me..

, Illyria answers, before turning to Quenelle.

"Well, if this show is good enough to steal fans from the legendary Quenneth Learant and tickets are free, I wouldn't be averse to checking it out."

"I'm going for a walk. Anyone who has anything to say, say it now. Otherwise I shall meet you there."

Quenelle shoots an icy glare at Illyria.

I will ignore that little comment.

Illyria looks around confusedly.

"Sorry, are you talking to me?"

"These clothes are all I have right now, so, it has to be good enough. Or do you want me to see my contact, still?"

"I might accompany Lozlyn to see his 'friend' if you don't object. I imagine we have a while before the play opens so if anyone has any other business they wish to take care of tonight, now may be a good time to do it."
