You step into the town square and look around. Your spurs jingle, and you feel a single bead of sweat run down your arm, across your finger, and drip past your holster onto the dusty street below. The sun beats down from overhead as the other 3 step forward and level eyes with you. You know only one of is leaving alive. At most.
You play the part of a single gunslinger in a four-way shootout set in the wild west. Through quick thinking, strategy, and reading your opponents' movements you can emerge alive.
Each turn you take an action. The actions you can take are listed here:
Spoiler: ABILITIES
LOAD
: you put a bullet in your gun. You can have up to 6 bullets loaded.
SHOOT
<player>: you fire your gun at someone. They die if they didn't dodge or counter. You need a bullet in your gun to use this, and it consumes the bullet.
DODGE
: you dodge, avoiding any ordinary shots that come your way.
FOCUS
: you gain access to 3 additional abilities for use next round.
SPECIAL ABILITIES
: (can only be used if you used focus

POWER SHOT
<player>: you fire your gun with increased accuracy, killing your target even if they dodge. Also, if your target shoots you it will fail, as you kill your target before they fire. Consumes one bullet. Fails if your target counters.
COUNTER
: any shots or power shots aimed at you will fail, and you shoot anyone who tries to shoot you, provided you have enough bullets. If you don't have enough bullets, you will be prompted to choose which attackers to kill with counterattacks.
SPEED LOAD
: you load 3 bullets into your gun. You can have up to 6 bullets loaded.
You start the game with 0 bullets loaded. The last player standing wins.
Action cycles will be 24 hours. Each day at 12:00 noon EST I will update the thread. If you have not submitted an action to me by that time you will do
nothing
. You can queue actions with me if you wish, and can change your choice at any time before the deadline.
The game will be hosted as a series. The winner of the previous round will have priority in signing up for the next, if they wish. Otherwise, signups are taken in the order that players post in thread.

Well we have here an unexpected turn of events! "What's a dodge?" everyone says simultaneously as they fire their guns wildly. Selynee shoots Katyusha in the face, but proceeds to get shot by mallowgeno. mallow turns around just in time to be blown away by Iprobablysuck.
And since Iprobablysuck is the last one standing, he wins! What a short game.
