although you shouldn't be able to get up to 18 in a stat at level 1 with point buy. those stats are capped at 15 (+2 from racial bonus) in the phb for some reason

Seems to be a flaw in the Beyond D&D character builder when selecting racial bonuses. Fixed.

The dabbing remains.
