I hadn't really thought about this, but I'm going to go with no just for flavor reasons.
If someone dies they can make a BAH! post if they want to though, and the games are quick so they'll be able to talk again soon

The further down the numbers get, the more likely captains are going to get greedy. 16-17 gold is enough for a starting round, considering it's more than everyone here was estimated to get at the beginning.
