A single 1 or 5 can always count as 100 or 50 points, respectively.
Whenever you have successfully set all 6 dice aside, you get to roll all six again as part of the same turn.
Sorry if the rules are unclear. I’ll double check your rolls and scores later today or tomorrow to make sure nobody cut their own scores short
