Norixius revived Pollux, so you do indeed get sneak attack for 20 damage. I just doubled what you rolled, but feel free to roll your extra damage in a second post if you see you got a crit. Otherwise, I'll just double.

The rhino lurches to the side as the arrow finds its mark. Blood spatters everywhere, as the rhino roars in pain.

"Slumber, beast."

Cast Sleep. Place the centre about 10 feet behind the rhino and 15 feet above, which should mean that nobody is caught in the sphere other than the rhino, given that everyone is running away. If this is impossible to do, I'm alright with including xof's half-elf in the sphere, since they're immune.

Original Roll String: 5d8
5 8-Sided Dice: (2, 4, 3, 4, 4) = 17

Oh dang. You can position it fine. But does the gamble pay off?

As Pollux raises his hand, a pulse of energy cascades from it, and the air goes still. The rhino stops for a moment, feeling the shift, and slowly falls to the ground, asleep.

I didn't see that coming.

I think those don't exist any more, and it's just advantage on the attack.

Go ahead and talk. It's feasible to talk while fighting, especially now that the thing's asleep.

Oh yeah, it would be my turn, sorry!

"If rhinos were actually people, I could do a lot more, but alas I've been informed they are not. So I can't do anything to incapacitate this thing, but I can do this."

Ilyana casts Healing Word on Pollux.

I think I just do this and only roll for how nice it is, right? Either way, I'm gonna roll that part

Original Roll String: 1d4+3
1 4-Sided Dice: (1)+3 = 4

yep. on mobile rn so I can't do much, but the rhino does nothing bc it's asleep. Norixius is up.

Norixius runs over to the unconscious beast, drops his shield, and swings his battleaxe with two hands down at the rhino.
Original Roll String: 1d20+2
1 20-Sided Dice: (12)+2 = 14
Original Roll String: 1d20+2
1 20-Sided Dice: (9)+2 = 11

advantage on attack because rhino is unconscious, battleaxe is versatile and I am now using two hands, and all melee attacks are critical hits because rhino is unconscious.
Original Roll String: 2d10+2
2 10-Sided Dice: (10, 8)+2 = 20

Doesn't Norixius still have Bardic Inspiration so he gets to add a 1d6 to whichever roll he wants for 10 minutes?

I do. It has to be an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.

The first stab comes down, enough to bring the beast to its knees.

Apologies for the delay. Do you guys want to do HDYWTDT? If so, go ahead.

Just in case anybody is unfamiliar with the term (because I sure as hell was), I believe it basically means that the person dealing the final blow can decide what the final attack looks like, to make it cool (or sometimes funny).

cheaters bulk seems to float along somewhere under his voluminous robes and he glides over to the rising beast. A sad look crosses his face as he cuts deep through the beasts neck. The rhino falls silently, killed by the expert blow. Cheater calls his manservant to saw off the ivory.

It allows for more RPing of things more or less. I don't know if it's initially from Critical Role, but it shows up there as a regular question.

Pollux turns to Norixius and says in Draconic: "Thank you golden one. You saved my life."
Then he turns to Ilyana and says in Elvish: "And your song restored my vitality, beautiful one."
Then he turns to Cheater and says in Common: "And you, stout fellow, killed the beast quite expertly."
And finally to all of them, in Common: "You all have my gratitude."
