Nope. You have to end your turn manually since you can only accuse on your turn

From my version of forum Clue:

Making an Accusation

When you think you’ve figured out which three cards are in the envelope, you may make an Accusation by sending a PM stating your intention, I will wait a 24 hour period in case another player also wants to make an accusation at the same time. After this, starting with the player that most recently had his suspicion disproved, the first player in line of those that wish to make an accusation will get the chance to make it. If you are the player whose suspicion was last disproved you can of course post in thread immediately.

State,

“I accuse (Suspect) of committing the crime in the (Room) with the (Weapon).”

In a Suggestion, the Room you name must be the Room where your token is located, but in an Accusation, you may name any room.

Mostly keeps to the spirit of the rule without holding up the game.

Could we just add a thing where you add that you’re not planning on making an accusation in the same post where you do you move/suggestion

Lack of this means standard need to wait for end of turn confirmation, if the “not accusing” disclaimer is included then once the suggestion is disproved turn auto-ends

I've allowed it in the past by posting "End Turn" in the same post as the move/suggestion; I'm open to allowing conditional "end turns" as well if the other players agree.
