To Join

, simply /in in the thread, and send me 5-10 cards.
Once we have at least 4 players, a 24 hour countdown will begin for new players to join.

When the game begins

, I'll add 2Y blank cards into the deck, where Y is the number of players, along with my

Moderate

(wink) Creation of 5 cards.
I'll randomize all of the cards, and then deal 4 cards to each player via PM, except for one, who I'll deal 5 cards to, and announce that they'll go first.

During Your Turn

:

Initially, you will be PM'd everything in your hand, including the newly drawn card which will be noted, along with any other special effect. You must then play one of your cards via PM to me, which I will then post in-thread.

To play a card

you must first PM me either the name of the card, or the card itself, and then a Valid Target.

To play a blank

you must PM me with a newly-designed card, along with telling me that you're using a blank card. Refer back to

To play a card

for how to play it.

During Other's Turns

: You may have objections to someone has played, and especially have the cards to do something about it! After someone has played a card, I will give a 24 hour buffer for anyone who has objections to play a card. These out-of-turn plays reset the clock back to 24 hours, in case anyone else can counter the play.

If you are fine with a Fast Deadline

, PM me. I will assume that you are always fine with a Fast Deadline until you PM me otherwise. If at least 2/3rds of the players agree to a Fast Deadline, I'll cut the deadline back to just 12 hours.

The Game's End:

The game ends when the deck is out of cards. I'll give a countdown once we get to 15 cards. This countdown may not be entirely accurate if, for instance, a player has an ability to sneakily steal from the deck. If anyone wishes to get an updated size of the deck, PM me.
The Original Goal of 1000 Blank White Cards is to earn the most points. However, this is the Mad Court of 9 Hells! As such, players may, and are

I'm starting to think up some card designs - can we get a rough standard for card size / point values?

For Sizes, I'd say 1.5" x 2.5", or 525 x 875 (half of the standard 3" x 5")

For Points, anywhere from -1000 to 1000. Anything beyond should have some sort of condition applied to it. I'd also suggest using increments of 10, 25, and 100.

This game only is fun if we are all playing the same game. Are people interested in winning, trolling everyone else, in slowly building mechanics systems, or just shitposting/doing wacky things?

These are all valid ways to play but they don't interact with each other well.

I'm mostly in it for the fourth option. The third would be tempting, but I think I'll avoid messing with it during the game itself.
