Snakes is correct.
If Snakes wins this auction, he'll be out of Sun Tiles, but you won't - so it'll be your turn, and it will stay your turn until the game ends.
If you win this auction, you'll have one Sun Tile each; the game will continue normally. It'll be your turn after the auction (as if you bid, Snakes will be forced to pass no matter which tile you bid).
Either way, end of Epoch (and endgame, for the 3rd Epoch) remains the same: everyone is out of live Sun Tiles, or the ninth Ra Tile of the Epoch is drawn.

Could be anywhere from 1-3 auctions left after this one.
1 happens if both Ra tiles get drawn (and nobody CALLs before that happens). Ra #9 ends the game immediately; no final auction is held.
The only way 3 happens is if everyone passes when Ra #8 is drawn AND the other two are triggered by players CALLing before Ra #9 comes up.
There can be only two wins at auctions after this one.
