If there's sufficient demand, I could run this again. I'd need at least one more player. I'm not going to turn on the big flashing SIGN UP NOW sign, but if anyone else /ins, I'll go ahead and do a Game 2.

One change I will be making in the rules - and this will apply to all my games, going forward - I will no longer accept turns via PM, unless at least one of the following is true:

1) The game's mechanics permit or require players to submit their moves in secret. (Turn the Tide, as an example.)
2) The player wants to submit their move(s) before their turn starts.

In these cases, I will quote the player's move directly from the PM once it is time to reveal it. Exception: if a player submits a conditional move, I will only quote the relevant parts, omitting the conditions and any moves not made due to their condition not being met.
This should help improve transparency going forward.

I've officially updated the rules with the changes mentioned above. The exact wording is listed under the Conduct spoiler in the Activity/Conduct section of post 3.

I'm going to give everyone a sneak preview of the game board for Game 2. Reason - I've shrunk the board considerably, in an attempt to get it to be friendlier to smaller screens. If anyone has any other suggestions for making the board more accessible, please let me know.
Changes:
- Sector status eliminated. (It should be obvious if a sector is complete or not; completed sectors have half their information missing.)
- Zones moved back to their original location.
- Palace rewards (helper / synergy) renamed from "1 Crystal + 1 Scale + 1 Card" to "1 Each".
- "Monastery Tower" building renamed to "Monastery".
- Courtyard no longer shows player scores. (Scores will still be displayed in the main status panel.)
- Cell width shrunk drastically.

On a tablet in landscape mode, I can see the entire board (with some scrolling).
