First Drawing[RH9] - Drew a warning sign next to a fire with stink lines for "Odorous Fire" to obscure the meaning
Captioning I[RH9] - RH9 guessed "Raging Driver" for the spoilered image above. I think Raging was added randomly.
Second Drawing[RH9] - RH9 drew a sparkling elbow
Captioning II[RH9] - RH9 guessed "Menacing figures" which is vague and would be the type of thing a botcher would say to get away with.
Third Drawing[RH9] - Giant hospital would have been a great candidate to shrink.
Guess - "Rabid Birds" but I think the original is too obscured for that to analyze.

Although it could also be Cheery again and he self-botched. There's two other drawings that arguably were way better candidates for the 1/4th removal in the second drawing.

I believe we should keep in mind that the botcher didn't know how they were going to be botching things (or at least that was the case previous game) until the botching round.

I'm leaning RH9 as well because of that picture I isolated, because I was having the most trouble seeing the sentence afterwards. But to be fair I doubt I would have recognised it as a jet either. But the rendition of the Enormous Hospital (with no building) also feels like an attempt to lose it.
