That is correct

A should be tan(x) = sin(x) / cos(x) (or equivalently cot(x) = cos(x) / sin(x) since tangent and cotangent are each other's reciprocal). The minus sign in B should be a plus sign, and D should be log(x^y) = y * log(x).
