Nancy: You can buy up to 23 (rocks / papers / scissors). You choose how many of each you buy, so long as they add up to 23 total. Whatever you buy now gets added to your leftovers from the auctions.
Charles does the same thing, but their total has to add up to 11.

This is a one-time offer, use-it-or-lose-it. It will cost you your coins, but coins have literally no other purpose besides spending them now, so there's no reason to save them.
