• Loser of an attack takes Physical damage equal to the difference in rolls, unless the attacker's weapon says otherwise.
  
• Remember: per the special rules, if you do not attack, you take two dice of Mental damage.

Thoughts on massclaiming numbers?

We'd be able to narrow down the traitor to one of two players, and i don't see any downside

We absolutely massclaim numbers. Anyone who refuses to claim a number, or is part of a duplicate claim, is to be suspected. In addition, anyone who is part of a duplicate claim or refuses to claim should be expected to hand their "evidence" to someone with a clean claim as fast as possible, in order to assure the heroes have all evidence. Failure to do so is akin to claiming traitor.

Correct. Picking up tokens is not a special action, and doing so incurs no cost.
