It is a difference in perspective I guess. To me literally anything (even nothing, if there is nothing happening) is good enough to get to E-1 on someone on day 1. Otherwise town wastes the day and miselims in a rush at the end.

Olivia coculd possibly be newbie town. I have done an ISO dive on them and these are my thoughts.
