Mini Normal if you like having a simple active game.
Large Normal if you like more movement.

I believe the main reason you got lynched was because of your inactivity. ICs are expected to be more participative as they know better.

For some reason I feel the game is much better when the SEs take the job of ICing.

Maybe the newbies could be 6 newbies and 3 SEs.
