What a nasty little Newbie Queue this has become. New players have arrived and are systematically occupying games faster than experienced players are replacing. What should decent, smart people do?

Setup Rules:

One of the following four set-ups is used for this game:

a) 2 mafia, 1 cop, 1 doc, 3 townies
b) 2 mafia, 1 cop, 4 townies
c) 2 mafia, 1 doc, 4 townies
d) 2 mafia, 5 townies

Note: in view of the number of players, we will start in the day phase, although most larger games start with a night. The mafia will be allowed to communicate pre-game, though no role will submit choices until Day 1 is over.

Possible roles:

You are the mafia

. You may only talk with each other during the game's "night," not during the "day." You let me know before the night's deadline who will be your victim. You win the game when all the other players are dead.

You are the cop

. Every "night" before the deadline you send me a PM with a name of your choice, and I will let you know whether that player is mafia or not. You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

You are the doctor

. Every "night" before the deadline you send me a PM with a name of your choice, and that player cannot die if attacked by the mafia that night. You cannot heal yourself. You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

You are a townie

. You are not allowed to communicate with any of the other players outside the thread. You win the game when the mafia are dead.

My rules:

Notify me (Don't just post in the vacation thread, post here or pm me) if you're going to be unavailable for more than 48 hours. Commitment to seven other people, blah blah blah. Four days without a post (Or notification, of course) or general request will be brought up in the thread and get you prodded, no response for 48 hours will get you replaced.
Private messaging is the preferred method of communication with the moderator for night choices, questions, and the like. If it appears there's a problem, pm me. There may not be.
If I set a night deadline, players whose choices I do not receive by then will be considered to take no action.
One may vote: no lynch, and a majority of such votes will end the day without lynching.
As soon as one person reaches the lynch threshold (Or a day deadline is reached) but before my actually posting their death sequence, it is considered twilight, during which nobody should post game-related stuff. (I'll forgive an honest mistake)
When a day deadline is reached, the person with the most votes is lynched if they have at least half of the required votes. (Or 3 on Day 1) If there are multiple people with the same number of votes at a deadline, the one who reached that number first is lynched. If no one has half the majority, no one is lynched.
If you get to communicate privately, send me an extra copy (Hit back from the "Your private message has been sent" screen and change the To box to Norinel) of anything you send.
If I change any of these rules (Or the standard rules) at any time, I'll announce it. Anything rules-related I say after making this post, publicly or privately, takes precedence over this post.
Modkilling during the day of a pro-town player takes the place of a lynch.

KseKid's vote doesn't count. I would have been quite tempted to lynch Sotty7 if I could have done it with the fourth post of the game.

I saw this same kind of my behaviour in my first newbie and it wasn't the scum that were responsible then and as such I don't see this as an indication of scumness.
