Ranger, I don't really see what you see in Jeanne's and Pursival's posts because frankly their banter looks more like buddying than distancing. If I had to pick one I'd say it's more likely Jeanne is scum than Pursival because her whole "Yay I got a cool role" post on Page 1 is not something you would want to say out loud if you were town. People known to have cool roles are either NK-bait or scum.

Actually I think that's enough grounds for a non-random vote.

I don't know if I agree with 3d about Persivul but I do think 3d is thinking like a townie. I don't agree because Jeanne is the one who kept bringing up her role and Persivul is just responding to that.

Was about to write that I don't see why everyone is townreading Hinduragi because I didn't think he looked that town, then I ISOed him and started townreading him as well. Posts a lot, most posts are at least somewhat useful, gives sane reasons for his reads. I think what made me uncomfortable is the general practice of telling people what to talk about but I don't know if this is actually alignment-indicative or just annoying.

Okay, so in #181 Jeanne votes Persivul. Which is the 2nd biggest wagon next to herself at the time. Alone the vote isn't too bad imo, but it's what happens after. Then she votes Ranger for scumreading her. But the Ranger wagon is not gaining traction like she was hoping, so she swaps back to Persivul citing her reasoning as Ranger not being online. She's apparently terrified of getting lynched bc she has a power role and is going to push every1 else that's viable to survive and hop wagons at will. Not very town play imo.

The question is...is it scummy play, or town who really wants to use her power role? Yes, it's anti-town either way, but I'd rather lynch scum than selfish town.

I don't buy it. One random vote for Persivul, one vote for Jeanne who you agreed was scummy, then another for Persivul when his bandwagon started overtaking hers. If you were going to shoot someone for being opaque it would be ika, and if you were going to shoot someone for changing votes it would be Jeanne.

I was really unimpressed with Aronis' excuse for vigging Ranger, but I don't know if Jeanne is sophisticated enough to vote her scumbuddy. I guess I'll upgrade him to null.

I copped 3dicerolling because he had leadership potential and I wanted to be sure of him.

I copped pisskop (uselessly) because I actually thought I might find scum and I really doubted I would survive two more nights.
