Being the first person to respond to a nomination for yourself and then making sure approximately every other post in the thread is letting people know how you were BUSSED SO HARD is steering the discussion. The wording of the rule is fine, and shotty violated the wording as it is.
Feel free to PM me, but don't expect much more than "I've made my decision and nothing you've said has convinced me to change it" for a response.

Not intending this as spam, as I have dropped the Shotty discussion, other than to reflect my case points.
I would love to discuss this rule, as I do believe it brings about potentially unfair/biased results. Rules should be plainly stated, not up to interpretation, else issues like this occur.
Perhaps, in this instance, you are correct, as you seemingly have a solid case for this rejection. But you should not need to present a case as the mod. When a rule is quoted, it should be irrefutable. That was not what occurred in this instance.
Ban/block me from posting if you like, and delete this as spam if you so desire, but I honestly do feel the rule requires reformatting and that it is for the better of the thread if it happens.
That is the last I'll say here, but I would love to discuss it in PMs with you, if you are open to it.

Discussing the rule in general instead of how it pertains to shotty's case is fine. I think the rule is pretty clear. The "case" I made to prove that shotty violated it was just a description of his posts. Just because some shitters needed me to spell out why he clearly violated the rule doesn't mean the rule's wording is an issue. It means shitters are dumb and shitty.
Anyway, this doesn't really matter anymore. I'm resigning! I'll announce my successor after they get the administration's blessing.

If we're being tricky with rules I don't see one stating we cannot try a new attempt:
I newly nominate shotty for "BUSSED SO HARD!"
Because I like the idea of the title and due to the fact he has been bussed a lot, especially in particular games. Now this time round shotty stay quiet.

The way that rules work for this are completely off. Almost 10 people are able to support a title and because one person doesn't like it gets denied. Not even by just stating they don't like it. If his reasons are as he says then there's nothing wrong with my actions what so ever.
