In all fairness, I was just pointing out factual statements that could be corroborated by checking his recent post history.

Well, his public history. He was posting in the scum thread, and I was telling him to hold off and let your paranoia fester

I also agree about the idea of it being a Kodak Moment too. But title-worthy as well.

not to be off topic but from what it sounds this game seems ripe for a scummy nomination!

WE KNEW HE WAS SCUM WIFOMING US.
And while we didn't let it get to us for MOST of the game--we lynched two of the three scum fine and dandy enough--he, as confirmed scum, rose points which made Fate (the vengeful townie) doubt the conftown...and even shoot said conftown. Pine, the confscum. Got the vengeful townie to be paranoid of the conftown. And to shoot him. Off of what amounted to nothing more than wifom. In a game where WE KNEW HE WAS WIFOMING US.
Ima need a link here. It sounds like Pine was an unkillable yet flipped scum..?

. I also don't have much to say on this one. I'm sure that there's several instances of good gameplay that go titleless, but even I can see the merit in this one, and everyone seems to like it with little dissent.

Disagree. A sycophant wishes to improve their own position by sucking up to someone important, that's a key part of what differentiates a sycophant from someone who just likes everything they see. Aristo is not a sycophant.

I'm sorry that the only negative brought up (it's inly relevant to this thread) shows that people can't read, Khan.

I fail to see how being the most positive person on the site is a negative.

I'm going to neg the Aristophanes nom too. I don't disagree with it, necessarily, I just find Ari an enjoyable and skillful player, and would rather see him get a title that reflects his talents, rather than a somewhat trite and perfunctory jab at his enthusiasm in this thread.

I just don't see why Actively Affirmative wasn't received better.

Does it apply to his behavior with title noms? Sure!

But... affirmative has more than just one definition. It also means "supportive, helpful, encouraging", and this is where Aristophanes shines.

He's a very warm, outgoing, and friendly player. When there is a problem, he bends over backwards to understand your perspective and has a very empathetic approach that assures you that your issue is received, understood, and is being resolved as if it were his own mother with the problem.

Aristophanes is one of the nicest, most supportive members I've had the pleasure of meeting here, and I think he deserves that title, if he'll have it.
