Friendly Duckling

is about right. Snuggly/fluffy is more superficial and saccharine than tw actually is. A defining trait is his amiability and openness to new friendships, and while we can get a bit silly sometimes, he knows time and place, and when to put on his game face.

I think that that’s the best so far. Plus TW even refers to himself as a duck, so Happy as a Duckling just doesn’t seem to be enough.

Perhaps you are failing to understand that on the site, the worst is the iconic duck. People refer to him as the duck all the time. And in his GTKAS, he even jokes around about being a duck. His duck avatar has more or less become a meme for the site and has been imitated and/or copied in several unique and fun ways. This makes it one of the defining features of the worst, which is why we are celebrating it with his title.
