Please welcome mastina as your new Title Fairy! We'll need to get her up to speed on the technical nature of giving titles and such and she'll probably need some time to transition, but nevertheless, the suggestion thread should be open soon!

thats not a problem that needs fixing.
Having a council makes things way more complicated then it needs to be and I don’t actually see how the idea would actually encourage improvements if any
