In the original games Bill isn't portrayed that way as much. The player's brief experience with him involves bill performing an ethically questionable experiment on himself for no apparent reason beyond Bill's curiosity.

It'd be great if you could give him a name that works off of a passing familiarity with the series rather than having played every game, read the manga, and watched the anime. I don't know how much FireRed and LeafGreen revise Bill's image but I doubt it's by enough to make this clear.

What about something along the lines of Pokemon Professor instead of specifically Bill?

As cheet noted he is best known for pokemans and keeping the sum of all mafiascum knowledge safe from the likes of Team Rocket. Seems like it might fit more than Platinum.

I honestly, legitimately, believe that it's a good title for Boonskiies. The pun IS only the first level to the title making the obvious reference; it is genuinely something I feel reflects his presence on the site as both a moderator and a player.

In regards to wgeurts:
Pokedex (too lazy to do the accent mark but can include it in the title) feels like it's promising as a title. That said...Not quite sure I'm sold on it; could I have more people chiming in to give their feedback, there?

i like that it's short and sweet and doesn't try too hard. it's also immediately recognizable in its double reference. i'm a fan of elegant one-word descriptive titles. not all of them need to be puns, right?

Pokedex is one of the most creative titles I've seen proposed since I got in here. I know it's cool to get titles with layers and layers of meanings and clever word play, but a title that it's self explanatory and simple af is the best thing you can get.
